One of the main features of the Folkerdey festival is the “hand-made” attitude that surrounds it. We still manage to provide our own wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options as well as a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
These are provided by the local youth and cultural centres LUX and MANEGE with the proceeds going directly to the festival. Thus, we can still provide a fair pricing of our food and drink and can avoid any intervention of large-scale cooperations.
